The CIII Industries "Stain Boss" Model AKS is designed to level coatings which are applied on dimensional lumber and fiber cement products by a brush machine. It is powered by a 5 h.p. 230/460/3 phase motor which drives a virtually silent but extremely powerful centrifugal blower. A variable position air flow control allows you to increase or decrease air flow internally without exhausting any air into the workplace. The adjustable 18”stainless steel air knife combined with the flex side knife option provide you with the ability to achieve the ultimate finish at any speed on every application.
The main frame with it’s swivel locking casters and polypropylene main tray make for easy mobility and cleanup. The enclosed blower area keeps the motor/blower unit free from dust, dirt, paint and other unwanted elements which could adversely affect the performance of the unit. The Model AKS is compatible with other manufacturer’s brush machines and will deliver the finest finish available.
